About Us
Wolf Hill Pet Care was originally founded in 2019 by sisters, Leanne and Morgan Hurd.
Leanne and Morgan grew up on a farm in Hampton, NH where their passion for animals began after spending sunny days on the tractor with their father or assisting their mother in her dog grooming salon. Between their parent's careers and their five family dogs, the love Morgan and Leanne have for animals runs deep. From vacation pet care to providing your dog with a unique adventure, you can be sure your animals are in the best hands.
Meet the Team

Leanne Hurd
Owner / Dog Camp Pack Leader
Hello! My name is Leanne and I am the owner of Wolf Hill Pet Care. I graduated UNH in 2018 with an Associate's degree in Applied Animal Science. Following college I worked as an Assistant Manager of a holistic pet store and a doggy daycare & boarding facility. Between my education and career experience, I have immersed myself in many different areas of the animal care industry, including dog & cat nutrition and emotion-based training.
I love dog walking and pet sitting in general, but have found my true passion offering off leash adventures. Right now, I am putting my focus towards running Dog Camp, and offering take and train services for off leash manners and general socialization while I continue my dog training journey.
I have 3 of my own dogs; Boots is an English Shepherd / Border Collie mix, and Bonnie is a purebred English Shepherd. You will see these two out at Dog Camp often! Calvin is a lab mix, who prefers to spend his day sleeping on the couch. I am comfortable and have experience caring for almost all pets and livestock! (Just no horses, please!)

Hi, I'm Morgan! Growing up the farmer's daughter, I got to experience what a lot of kids could never even dream of. Our parents hardly ever said no when we asked for a new animal, whether it be a fish, a hamster, parakeets, a puppy or even sheep. Being an animal lover from an early age, I knew I wanted to make one of my passions a part of my future.
I started dog sitting in 2012 for a family friend, and it continued to grow from there. Whenever a family member or friend needed someone to watch their pets, they called me. In 2017, I had my first client that wasn’t a family member or friend and the clients continued to grow from there. I understand that your pets are a part of your family, and I treat them like a part of my own. I have carefully learned each dogs personality and cater to their individual needs to my best ability. When I’m not walking dogs, I have a full time job as a manager at a swimming pool company and in my spare time, I like to take my dog, Hyde on adventures.

Hi, my name is Izzy! I started working for Wolf Hill Pet Care in June of 2022. I have always had a passion for animals and have aspired to have a career working with them for a long time. I grew up with a variety of cherished pets at home, including rabbits, hamsters, parakeets, geckos, fish, and four deeply beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs over the years. From an early age, this inspired an undeniable interest and love for animals.
I graduated from the University of Vermont in May 2023 with a B.S. in Animal Science and a minor in Zoology, where I gained experience caring for/ working with a wide variety of small animals, cats, and dogs, as well as farm animals. I had the opportunity to take an in-depth course on canine behavior and communication, as well as intern at a local dog training facility while in school. Since then, I have continued to develop my dog training and behavior skills through working with and observing Leanne.
I have recently become the lucky owner of a 6-year-old ginger tabby cat named Weasley, who enjoys belly rubs and nighttime zoomies. In my free time, I enjoy painting, crocheting, spending time in nature, and hanging out with my family and friends. I also love taking my family dog, Swasey, for walks in the woods or at the beach.
My favorite thing about dog walking/pet sitting has been being able to get to know so many unique and adorable pets and spend time outside. I also have a strong interest in animal behavior and love watching dogs develop new skills through training and socialization.

Hi, my name is Haley! As a dedicated dog walker at Wolf Hill Pet Care for the past year, I’ve embraced the joy of being able to work with animals and get to know our amazing clients!
My love for animals and nature stems from my childhood spent playing in the woods and climbing trees with friends. Growing up with big dogs gave me the experience of exploring the beautiful trails in our area.
In my spare time I like to pick flowers/ferns for my press books, spend time at the beach collecting shells and get together with my friends to do craft nights. I also enjoy taking my two children—an adventurous/gamer 11-year-old boy and a very high spirited clumsy 7-year-old girl—to the beach, walking trails, camping during summer and in the cold months hitting the slopes for some skiing/snowboarding.
My experience as a pet sitter has been particularly meaningful since losing my 4yo Great Dane; it has helped me heal while allowing me to connect with so many wonderful pets. Each furry friend I meet is unique, yet they all share an incredible blend of intelligence, playfulness, and emotion. Being a dog walker not only fulfills my passion for animals and adventures, but also brings a huge sense of joy and community involvement to my life. Thanks to Wolf Hill crew & my closest friends, I am now able to say “ I LOVE MY JOB!”

Hello, my name is Amanda! I started working for WHPC in May of 2026. I was drawn to working as a dog walker/pet sitter because I have always been surrounded by animals growing up. My family has always had Saint Bernards, but when it was time for me to get my first dog, I chose a Chihuahua! I absolutely love the breed as well as all little dogs; they're loyal, tough, and lovable. My favorite animal, however, is a cat. I think they are the coolest animals because they're so interactive and unique. Besides cats and dogs, I have experience owning many unique animals, including guinea pigs, gerbils, newts, frogs, snakes, chinchillas, and most recently, a tarantula!
I am currently studying Wildlife Conservation online at Unity Environmental University. I hope to one day have a career working with NH Fish and Game. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, swimming, video games, and reading. I also like to go on hikes or walks just about anywhere to explore different bodies of water and search for wildlife to see!
My favorite part of being a dog walker/pet sitter is meeting all the new pets! From small to large, short-haired or fuzzy, they're all so cute, and it's always nice to make a new friend!

Hey, my name is Nneka! I have been working for WHPC since April 2026. I have always loved spending time around animals. Believe it or not, I actually used to be afraid of cats due to an incident when I was little. When I was 16, I rescued an older female cat from an unfit home and helped her adjust to living in a new home with me and my grandmother. This experience helped me spot a cat's boundaries and establish methods to develop trust. It also fueled my passion for working with animals and learning their unique personalities.
I am currently attending Great Bay Community College for my Associate of Science in Veterinary Medicine. I am hoping to graduate in June 2027 and pursue my dream of working with animals from there! I have experience working at veterinary hospitals, and I love to volunteer at local animal shelters, including the MSPCA and NHSPCA. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy hiking, yoga, dancing, and photography. To relax, I like to read, watch films, paint, and do arts & crafts.
My favorite part of being a dog walker/pet sitter is being outside; getting some fresh air clears the mind and centers me in the present. I also like to work with high-energy dogs, playing fetch, jogging trails, and doing tricks. It keeps me in shape, and the dogs really love having a new friend to play with. I enjoy my cat visits a lot because I miss spending time with my family kitty since I moved; besides, who doesn't love a good cuddle!

Hi, my name is Delia! I have been with Wolf Hill Pet Care for almost a year now. I have always had dogs growing up, and once I was old enough, I started dog sitting. I dog-sat for my friends and neighbors back in New York and knew I wanted to continue working with animals when I moved to New Hampshire for college. Choosing to have a job based around animals has been the best choice I have ever made. Having constant stimulation and movement is very important to me and dog walking does it all! Every dog and cat I have worked with has been so great, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Since moving here for college, it has also helped me get to know the area better and learn new trails.
I love to spend my free time going to the gym, hiking, reading, and doing yoga. I also love to listen to music and hang out with my friends as much as possible!
